Twilight Camp Frequently Asked Questions, Twilight Camp Feedback (Start, Stop, and Continue)

We are trying online registration this year.  Twilight Camp is coming up June 7th through 11th.  More details coming soon.

Fees:

  • $75 for Scouts.   Early Bird Registration $55 (before March 4)
  • $15 for week for Papoose
  • Webelos Overnighter: $10 for Scout and $5 for Parent

Deadlines:

Registration is online right here below.  Between January 7 and March 4 is Early Bird. Anything after March 5 is still done online, but early bird registration fees do not apply. Money and certain paperwork will still be collected by your pack’s camp coordinator and MUST be turned in at Twilight Camp Meeting on March 4.  Scouts moving into your unit after the March 4 deadline (new scouts) and new Tigers joining in May still receive the early bird fee.

Registration:

Every Individual Must …

1. Fill out the annual health and medical form parts A and C (fill it out and turn in to your pack coordinator).
2. Fill out (youth participants, papoose, junior and adult volunteers with an agreement portion) this pack specific online registration form (we need it typed in by someone and better thousands of you than one of us):

*All Adult Volunteers MUST have the following on file to participate according to the state (fill it out and turn in to your pack coordinator):

1.  A filled out, printed, and signed copy of the Adult Volunteer Information Sheet (page 3 of DOC or PDF).
2. Printed copy of current proof of Youth Protection Training.
3. Printed copy of current All-Clear proof from the Texas Department of Public Safety Registry.

Every Pack Coordinator Must …

Identify yourself as the pack coordinator for your pack.
Wait for an email with the “link to the individual registrations” for your unit and the “link to the online walking den worksheet“.
1.  Review and track the individual registrations,
2.  gather and track the money for your unit, and
3.  gather and track the forms to be turned in by all participants, and
4.  fill out each of the walking den worksheets (the link will be emailed to you).
5.  Turn in everything (completed forms and a single check for it all) 6:30 pm on March 4th before round table.
